4.1.4.COLOUR CHANGE Colour change is the difference in colour from a specific area to its surroundings, as shown in Images 43 to 46. Colour changes may be produced by soil excavation to place devices, or where cut vegetation is used to camouflage devices; the cut vegetation changes colour as it ages over the first 48 hours or so after being cut.
