QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS)

ADAPTATIONS The aim of implementing a results-based management (RBM) system at the GICHD is to maximise the Centre’s achievements by continuously learning from both its successes and challenges, with the objective to adapt and overcome respectively. Learning from this experience, the GICHD has taken measures to strengthen future project design, including developing a stronger methodology around context analysis.
