ADAPTATIONS The GICHD was able to deliver on its targets under this project due to its ability to swiftly adjust to the online delivery of its activities. The COVID-19 restrictions only impacted the organisation of a technical workshop. Learning through this experience, the GICHD will continue adapting to implement its projects remotely.

The partnership with the mine action area of responsibility continued, with a draft analytical framework published for mine action, and the IMAS minimum data requirements being utilised in a number of national authorities and mine action programmes.
To replace IMSMA NG, the GICHD developed IMSMA Core between 2017 and 2018, in partnership with ESRI Global Inc., using the ArcGIS enterprise platform. In 2020, the GICHD delivered on two strands of solutions development and data sharing, and launched an expert working group (EWG). IMSMA Core was expanded with an additional toolset from GeoCortex that delivers advanced workflows and reporting. The GICHD
