The OSCE SMM was deployed in 2014, following a request to the OSCE by Ukraine’s government and a consensus decision by the 57 OSCE States Parties. The SMM is an unarmed, civilian mission tasked to observe and report on, in an impartial and objective way, the situation in Ukraine and to facilitate dialogue among all parties to the crisis. Data storage (archiving) is complete. Functional requirements will be achieved with 6 categories of tools During 2020 there were no opportunities to replicate the EGIS 3 EGIS ‘mapathons’ conducted by Esri with proficiency clearly demonstrated also in February 2020. Such mapathons are now conducted with very limited support from Esri—a testament to its growth 432 active users (309 ‘Viewers’ and 123 ‘Creator’ roles assigned)
